C’est le grand retour du Gala des mérites Voile Québec !

Ces distinctions prestigieuses décernées par la Fédération de voile du Québec font leur réapparition. Elles récompensent les individus exceptionnels, les clubs et les écoles qui ont brillé au cours de l’année écoulée.

Venez découvrir et féliciter les récipiendaires des Mérites 2023! Par la même occasion, venez fêter avec nous le 50e anniversaire de Voile Québec qui n’avait malheureusement pas eu lieu à cause de la pandémie.

Faite un de cet évènement une soirée mémorable; Invitez vos amis et votre famille!

Nous faisons un appel à tous pour solliciter tous nos partenaires afin de trouver des lots pour l’encan silencieux qui aura lieu lors du Gala des Mérites le 24 février 2024.

Tribute to the passionate

This award, established in 2010, pays tribute to sailing enthusiasts who have made a significant impact on their community through their dynamism and sportsmanship in the development, promotion, or success of sailing in Quebec

Sailor of the year

The Sailor of the Year trophy aims to recognize outstanding achievement in the field of sailing; it is the most prestigious accolade presented annually by the Sailing Federation

Event of the year

This trophy aims to encourage the organization of large-scale, high-quality events in Quebec. The excellence of the organization, the impact of the event on the public, and innovations implemented during its execution are the main selection criteria.

Volunteer of the year

(Trophée André-Dionne)

This trophy aims to thank and encourage individuals who have notably contributed to the promotion and development of sailing in Quebec

Sportsmanship

(Trophée Claudrey)

This trophy aims to encourage and highlight the sportsmanship of a young athlete

Innovation québécoise

(Trophée Vermersch)

Nouveau en 2023, ce trophée vise à saluer et encourager l'innovation dans le domaine de la voile. ll est décerné à une organisation ou à un individu ayant apporté une contribution novatrice au développement de la voile au Québec.

Optimist athlete

The Athlete Merit 'Optimist' aims to recognize the participation of young athletes from Quebec. Nominees have demonstrated exceptional results and/or have greatly improved during the last sailing season

Youth athlete

The Youth Athlete Trophy aims to recognize the outstanding performance of an athlete at the provincial and/or national level. These achievements were accomplished over the past twelve months.

Elite athlete

(Trophée Evert Bastet)

The Evert Bastet Trophy for Outstanding Athlete aims to recognize the exceptional performances of an athlete at the national and/or international level. These achievements were accomplished over the past twelve months.

Club/School of the year

This trophy aims to encourage the dynamism of clubs and schools and highlight the special actions of a club or school during a year.

Coach of the year

This trophy aims to encourage the coach or instructor who has shown the most commitment to the development of sailing, demonstrating determination, initiative, and good organizational skills in the practical, technical, and human management of the sport.

Officer of the year

This trophy aims to thank and encourage the official who has notably contributed to the development of officials and the management of races within FVQ activities

Intronisation au temple de la renommée

La Fédération de voile du Québec a inauguré en 2009 le temple de la renommée Voile Québec. Il reconnait les marins québecois qui ont démontré un dévouement et une implication exceptionnels au Sport, et ceci à long terme.

Lors du Gala de Mérites 2024, quatre marins québécois exceptionnel seront intronisés.
